ok so basically it was alot of hit and miss stuff
first I made a fake blog and uploaded the pic
then
... I put it in the
/*Header section near the top of your blog template
the dimentions are
590 x 250 px
i know it sound confusing, if I get some time in the near future maybe I could stop by your office and help you out with it.
